Welcome to the acupuncture and clinical practice of Yen Le, Dipl OM LAc., My Shen Medicine. We’re located within the city limits of Raleigh but minutes from Cary, NC. We’re easily accessible through Highway 1, 440, & 40 on Western Boulevard.

We offer Chinese Medicine, which is composed of Acupuncture, herbal medicine with additional modalities of fire-cupping, moxibustion, craniosacral therapy, dietary and lifestyle counseling. We practice Chinese medicine for the whole family, treating teenagers, adults, and seniors. We are committed to providing our patients thorough and knowledgeable care and strive to deliver the utmost in individual care and clinical excellence.

TREATMENT METHODS

  • Acupuncture

    The insertion of thin needles through your skin at strategic points on your body, called meridians. Acupuncture is most commonly used to treat pain. Increasingly, it is being used for overall wellness, including stress management.

  • Chinese Herbal Medicine

    Application of herbs to promote and improve health and wellness.

  • Dry Needling

    Form of therapy to release tense, irritated, overuse muscle in order to create painfree range of motion for patients.

  • Fire Cupping

    A form of Chinese medicine involving glass cups to create a local suction. Local suction promotes a healthy circulation of qi and blood as well as invigorate immune response.

  • CranioSacral Therapy

    Is a therapy invented by John Upledger involving light palpation to the joints and CSF.

  • Other Healing Modalities

    May include dietary recommendations, qi gong/tai chi exercise, orthopedic exercises, lifestyle recommendations, etc.
