For first-time patients, you will receive an email from My Shen Medicine Jane App.com to fill out your online intake form and sign consent forms. Once there, you may opt to subscribe to the calendar to book appointments and edit your information at your own discretion.
If you can not find an opening, please contact the clinic (919) 443 5205 to be put on a waiting list.

**Please note: The office complex ONLY has a side entrance. The only way is to turn a Right on Schaub Drive.
If you’re on BLUERIDGE ROAD, get on the middle lane (Right turning lane). Turn Right on Schaub Drive. Then another immediate Right into the complex.
If you’re on WESTERN BLVD, Schaub Drive is 10feet past the red light. Turn Right on Schaub Drive. Then another immediate Right into the complex.
…..Please drive all the way in. We’re the last office on the right. Therefore, it’s best to be in the right hand lane to make a seamless right hand turn.
There’s plenty of parking in front of the building. You will see my name on the glass door.
